FLOATING Sky Sculptures
(Kinetic on the Water)

BY HANS-LEO PETERS

The floating Braille Art Sculpture has an underwater design.
The underwater box similar to a submarine will determine the dipping and
the perfect balance of the sculpture on the water.
Under water you can specify how the sculpture will move to the area on the water.
My technique of rigid, flexible anchoring prevents the movement of the sculpture
on the water by adverse atmospheric conditions, but the artwork is still the desired kinetic clearance
of swimming and is independent of the water level or tide.

It is possible that the sculpture turns on a spot (Fig.1) or in a cage (Fig.2).
With the help of a longer extended arm it turns in a certain circle. (Fig.3)
The design of an underwater fence with a parallel frame allows
the movement on the spot and in a given direction (Fig.4)
