The centre sphere is the A in Braille Art.
BEAMS:
The 50 beams are the 50 US States.
The 13 red and blue colored beams are the first US States as Colonies.
The beam with the ball is the State Beam for the location of the SKY SCULPTURE USA beginning clockwise with the first US State.
