as a boat of light on land for the Harbour View Area.

People from all over the world should go through the giant sculpture
of readable stars composed to sails of zero gravity.

In front of the Auckland Skyline the Light Sculpture as a boat of Art
would be a symbol for the City of Sails in the world.”
