DEFINITION
A Braille Art Sky Sculpture is a Sculpture, which contains letter(s) in Braille, designed of
any form and set in third Dimension as a figurative interpretation of the concept
as the optical interpretation in the Language of Light (1995)
“The Language of Light is pictorial arranging the stars in the Braille system”.
DESIGN PROCESS
search of the Braille Idea, language comparisons in Braille, finding of the design idea
figurative development for the design idea, manufacturing of design parts as experiments
manufacture of the scaled model in stainless steel as a small sculpture
to manufacture additional sizes of the original artwork
THE ORIGINAL ARTWORK
After the scaled model I work the Sky Sculptures as an artwork in different sizes in stainless steel 316.
. Depends to the diameter of the spheres ( 2-20cm ) the height of a Sky Sculpture can 10 - 200cm ( model / life size )
The giant size of the Sky Sculpture will be developed and manufactured on the wish of the customer
based on the scaled Model and my ideas by the engineering company in New Zealand.
MY ART WORK SIGN
Every Sky Sculpture is marked as an artwork from me with my sign, the year of origin and the code of the artwork.
The buyer of the Sky Sculpture will get my International ARTWORK PASSPORT with the picture,
the artwork code as well as all information
about the artwork.
